Hi there,

These are such lovely braziers!

I hope you don't mind a question. My gongfu set is nearly complete, but I lack a more elegant, traditional way of heating my tetsubin. Could you give me any advice on locating a small brazier here in the USA? They are very hard to come by...especially for a poor student such as my self.

Thank you so much for your time; I love your blog and try to read it daily.

Tyler,

One always welcomes any question.

Don't know where you would be able to find a brazer like this in the USA. If there's one that sticks out on this blog leave a comment and one will see what they can do. The problem is that most of these braziers are electrically fitted to fit Korean outlets and the cheapest ones start at around $400.00 USD.

Thanks for your ongoing support and comments.

Peace

Thank you for your informative reply, I appreciate it.

Hopefully the west will further and more completely embrace tea and such pieces of functional art will become more available in the future.

Have a serene day,
-Tyler
