2021 Puerh.uk BangDong Xue Shan Single Ancient Tree

 This 2021 Puerh.uk BangDong Single Ancient Tree goes for approx $325.00 for 200g cake $1.62/g.  I’m a fan of BangDong and was really looking forward to this one so I saved the best for last…… 

Dry leaves have a sweet peachy almost orange and honey odour.  Yummy!

Rinsed leaves have a forest sweet orange candy.

First infusion has a clear creamy smooth sweet taste with an icing sugar taste.  Soft slow and slightly oily approach.  Body feeling swelling abomin light feeling with spacy Qi..

Second is a smooth clear candy sweet syrupy slight orange taste. Spacy Qi feeling with body tingling floating feeling with strong chesty heart beats.  

Third infusion is left to cool and is an icing sugar sweet smooth slightly oily viscous.  Sweet lingers in the mouth. Big bodyfeeling and qi feeling here. With big chest feeling body tingling and floating and expanding abdominal feeling.  Jaw loose face Qi is strong.  Lots of interesting body feeling really nice!

Fourth is a smooth sweet icing sugar with slight oily texture and slight cooling deep throat opening. Happy high spacy feeling with abdominal light swelling feeling like a floating abdomen.  Chesty Qi with heart beats.  Tingling face and jaw… lots of strong bodyfeeling.

Fifth is a stronger mouthfeel with deep throat opening nice cool deep thrust and icing sugar with faint peach oranges that are harder to grasp. Spacy strong high with lots of interesting bodyfeeling.  Big chest and abdomen Qi feeling.

6th has a woody bark fruity mild taste with a slight oily texture and sticky mouthfeel.  Spacy big qi sensations rule with bodyfeeling in face, chest and abdomen with light limbs feeling. Subtle woody spice taste lingers in the mouth.

7th pure light woody not that sweet broth.  Still some decently big Qi in there.

8th is a long mug steeping is bitter woody slight oily not much sweet taste just some in the finish like mild icing sugar.  Full sticky mouthfeel.  Cooling breath with deep throat open and lingering very faint icing sugar.

Tighter compression allows me to push it to an overnight mug steeping…it is an oily smooth tasting with icing sugar sweetness onset faint orange taste fades into a deep mild cooling throat opening with lingering sweet breath.
