This 2021 Puerh.uk YouLe ZaoGuo Tall Trees goes for approx $500.00 for 200g or $2.50/g. This was my favourite of Puerh.uk 2020-2024 lineup!
Dry leaves have a fresh almost minty west wildflower odour.
Rinsed leaves have a strong roasted rich cherries sweetness.
First infusion has a wet sweet cherries taste. There is a solid sweet strawberries taste. Mouthwatering rich forest and cherry. Wash of peaceful feelings. Soft fine sandy tongue. Mild deep cool throat.
Second has a delicious soapy floral taste with background cherries. Mind stopping Qi as if floating outside the body… very nice effect! Wet tounge coating with fine thicker powdery tongue coating. Mild deep throaty cooling. Strong Qi but very relaxing and strongly peaceful.
Third infusion has a rich weedy wildflower onset with brassy forest dry woody bark taste. Deep mild cooling throat. Sticky gripping mouthfeel. Deeply Paul and mind pausing out of body Qi!
Fourth infusion is left to cool and is a watery sweet juicy wildflower with sticky tongue powdery fine sandy tongue coating. Happy mind escaping and mind-pausing Qi experience.
Fifth has a fruity juicy thick in the mouth powdery tongue sweetness. Happy mind escape. Light shoulders and limbs.some wildflower and deep subtle menthol cool throat opening. Strong effect on the mind and body.
Sixth is left to cool and is a forest weedy wildflower with underlying sweetness throughout balance with woody bark sticky mouthfeel. Mind float with peaceful feelings.
7th is wet with wildflowers and had a sweet juicy taste mild but steady with heart flutters and refreshed peaceful mind.
8th is a long mug steeping….flat chalky tongue coating… Is a forest woody sweet cherry and pear juicy with distant wildflowers peace out!
I think this might be my favourite experience of all the Puerh.uk offerings their other Youle was also very good but completely different experience!
