2025 Zhong Si Long Xiang Chun Lin

I got a Zheng Si Long cake of Xiang Chun Lin from a few years back and really like this yearly production from them… this 2025 Zheng Si Long Xiang Chun Lin goes for $120.00 for 200g cake or $0.60/g.

Dry leaves smell very delicious of a very sweet and very pungent floral honey odour.

Rinsed leaves are a strong piercing cooling pungent minty floral honey sweet melon….

First infusion is left to cool and is a sweet but not too sweet and floral but not to floral honey.  Mouthwatering delicious honey coating return with creamy sweet and fresh cut flowers mild taste.

Second infusion is a pungent spice with flat woody and wildflower floral tastes there is sweetness but less so- Most of the sweet taste is in the return and on the breath.  The texture is an oily but has a sharpness like a powder ly chalky mouthfeel to it.  Long faint candy minutes later on the breath.  Some chest bubbling feeling.

Third infusion has a vegetal mild bitter onset with a floral breath finish and hard to grasp return of sweet taste. The mouthfeel is a sandy sticky feeling with. Spaced out mind feeling.  Face tingling.  Mild heavy head feeling. Most of the body feel in face and skull.

4th has a pungent wildflower onset with a creamy buttercup flower sweet returning on the breath.  Cooled down is sweet buttery with vegetal mild bitterness and pungent wildflowers. Chest fluttering head and face mild heavy sensations.

5th infusion has a mild sweetness wildflower chalky dry roof of mouth feeling chest and head heavy sensations. Mild relaxing lazy. Not much sweet taste.

6th has a watery wildflower taste bland woody mild bitter not that sweet mild cool breath.  Dry roof mouthfeel.  Mild heart flutters, lazy feeling relax,

7th is left to cool and is a watery bitter woody with mild creamy return. Dry roof of mouthfeeling.  Spacy uselessness. Heavy face and head.

8th is a long mug steeping and it is mildly bitter woody stone taste. Not really any sweet taste. Lazy feeling qi with mild bodyfeel of heavy head and face.

Peace
